One week difference

Hi there 💖 I’m glad you made it to this raw side of the site. I’m a 27 year old mother of two, I had both my children one after another. You can imagine how I felt about my body after baby #1, let alone baby #2.  

Here we are now, it took some time to feel like myself again. Blessedly, I chose the route of combining some knowledge I learned from previously and some of my own to create a fully customized cleanse for those attempting to feel themselves again. (Also some other tips & tricks for waist snatching! But that’s a different story) 

I made sure to strategically incorporate low sugar fruits and postpartum friendly ingredients to this cleanse. Along with a low calorie coffee recipe, and a section filled with healthy snack + meal prep ideas. My duty wasn’t done until I tested this! 

I began La Snatched Cleanse (for 7-days) Monday, Jan 19th weighing 175.9 lbs (I been stuck above the 170’s before and after my kids were born, I’ve tried gym and strict diets but being a mom juggling that lifestyle is HARD)

Wednesday, Jan 21st I was down to 171.5 lbs. Friday, Jan 23rd I weighed 169.9 lbs. Tuesday, Jan 26th (exactly one week later) my final weigh-in was 167.7 lbs. While doing this cleanse, I was squeezing in 30 mins of mild workout time. (10 mins cardio, and 20 mins light weights and core/body workouts + wore a waist trainer) 

In just 7 days — I was able to lose 8.2 lbs! I’m also down a jean size and I feel great. 🙌🏻 

I’ve attempted this cleanse 4x now which is 4 weeks in separate cleanses (not back to back) and I’m now down to 154lbs!
