Can I get a refund on digital products?

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• No signs of wear, damage, or stretching

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Kits are partially non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
• Waist Trainer: Eligible for exchange or refund if returned in original condition
• Gel: Final sale (non-refundable)

If requesting a refund on a kit, only eligible items will be refunded.
