Pam waist trainner is super comfy but short. Unfortunalty have longer torso. If there was a longer one available it would be perfection!! But product is very comfy

Guillelin G. I definitely recommend this waist trainer. I could comfortably wear it for 10+ hour. I would definitely size down. I have yet to try the smoothies but 100% recommended.
